GENERAL SHIPPING

Shipping is sent in plain packaging via Australia Post (domestic, international) or TNT/StarTrack (domestic courier) or DHL (international courier) and is based on actual shipping cost – there are no handling fees.

For all Australia Post deliveries, Insurance and Signature on Delivery are optional extras. If you are concerned about your delivery we strongly suggest at least one of these options.

For Courier deliveries, Insurance (up to $1000) and Signature on Delivery are included free, but you may opt to have your delivery left in a safe place if no-one is in attendance.

Products are normally described as “LED Lighting” on Customs and Shipping forms and we are very discrete.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically once a delivery address is entered in the Cart or at Checkout.

When a delivery address outside Australia is entered, the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is automatically deducted.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and service. Tracking numbers are provided with all deliveries.

Domestic Courier
Interstate deliveries are usually very fast, from 2-4 days to major cities and towns, but up to 7 days in some remote areas

International Courier
DHL deliveries to most countries take 3-7 days

Australia Post
Perth deliveries usually take 1-2 days
WA regional and interstate deliveries can take 5-14 days
International deliveries can take 2-6 weeks, but on average are 3-4 weeks to Europe and North America
