New 5-8 Year Warranty!

Grow Lights Australia High Light 420 “Gen3” LED fixtures are now warrantied against manufacturing defects for five years from date of purchase.

All LED fixtures prior to Gen3 are warrantied against manufacturing defects for three years from date of purchase.

Drivers are covered by separate manufacturer warranties ranging from 5-8 years (see below).

All other products sold by Grow Lights Australia – where not explicitly mentioned under this Warranty & Returns policy – are warrantied against manufacturing defects for two years from date of purchase.

These warranties do not extend to any form of abuse or misuse, including (where otherwise stated) full water submersion, physical impact (dropping etc), incorrect wiring, over-current application, or general wear and tear.

If in doubt about your intended use, please Contact Us as we offer extra water-proofing options for high humidity and water-reticulated areas.

Water splash is covered by this warranty up to IP44. Driver protection ranges from IP65 (Mean Well) to IP67 (uPowerTek).

External dimmers are not water-resistant and hence not covered by warranty.

Boards with proof of purchase can be returned to place of purchase for warranty claims (return address can be found on invoice).

Mean Well drivers have a separate manufacturer warranty ranging from five to seven years. They can be returned to place of purchase or by visiting www.meanwellaustralia.com.au

uPowerTek drivers have a separate manufacturer warranty of eight years. They can be returned to place of purchase or by visiting www.linearlux.com.au/brand/upowertek/

We do not normally offer refunds if you simply change your mind, but we will work with reasonable requests and are happy to exchange orders in the event a mistake is made at Checkout.
