Bring Your Own 240-480W Driver

This double High Light 420 kit includes everything in the 400W plug-and-play kits except the driver, but has the correct waterproof connector to make a complete grow light. Cheaper to ship and a great option for those who already own a matching driver or need to purchase one in their own country. Match these kits to Mean Well or other 240W, 320W or 480W drivers (see below) for up to 500W+ at the wall.

Each “Square” Driverless Kit comes with
2 x High Light 420 LED “Gen3” grow panels with water-resistant coating
2 x Anodised aluminium heatsinks (495mm x 206mm)
2 x 480mm aluminium tie-bars (one with 16mm connector mount hole)
2 x Item end caps with self-tapping screws
1 x 4.5m Techno cable with quick-release male and female waterproof connectors
1 x Techno dual plug splitter (loom) with 16mm locking ring
4 x Stainless 6mm eye bolts (for hangers)
4 x Stainless 6mm x 12mm hex bolts
4 x 6mm washers
12 x 6mm nuts
24 x M3 mounting screws
1 x Techno male connector to suit up to 8.5mm driver cable (suits Mean Well drivers)
2 x High Light Stainless Hangars

Each “Long” Driverless Kit comes with
2 x High Light 420 LED “Gen3” grow panels with water-resistant coating
1 x Anodised aluminium heatsink (960mm x 206mm)
1 x 4.5m Techno cable with quick-release male and female waterproof connectors
1 x Techno dual plug splitter (loom) with 16mm locking ring
24 x M3 mounting screws
1 x Techno male connector to suit up to 8.5mm driver cable (suits Mean Well drivers)
2 x High Light Stainless Hangars

Minor assembly is required for each kit (panel to heatsink; tie-bars; driver connector). Once driver connector is attached, all cables are plug-and-play.

Drivers

Any 48-54V driver up to 10A maximum current can be used. Each High Light 420 LED board is maximum rated to 5A and will drop around 47V for 235W

110-230V Suitable Mean Well Drivers:
ELG-240-48 (A or AB) for up to 250W total
HLG-240H-48 (A, AB or B) for up to 270W total
HLG-320H-48 (A, AB or B) for up to 370W total
HLG-480H-54 (A, AB or B) for up to 500W total
HLG-480H-48 (A, AB or B) for up to 500W total*

* This driver must be limited to 10A maximum current as it has the potential to exceed the maximum board rating (5A per board, 10A per pair)
